Servus, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen habe ich neulich mit erschrecken festgestellt das mein Rahmen einen extremen Abrieb/Lackschaden vermutlich vom Hinterraddämpfer abbekommen hat. Hab das Bike erst vor kurzem gekauft und noch nie daran rumgeschraubt daher stellt sich für mich die Frage wie das passieren konnte. Meiner meiner nach ist der Dämpfer fest und hat auch kein merkbares Spiel. Sieht fast so aus als hätte da jemand mit einer Schleifscheibe versucht Material abzutrennen um den Dämpfer da reinzubekommen. Aber da das Fahrrad neu vom Händler kommt schließt sich das ja eigentlich von selbst aus (Hoffe ich zumindest)
Hoffe Ihr könnt mir da weiterhelfen der Händler hat sich bis jetzt leider noch nicht gemeldet.

Hallo, sieht bei mir im unteren Bereich ähnlich aus, aber am oberen Rand ist der Lack nicht derart weggebrochen, Allmtn8.0.

das ist mir auch sofort aufgefallen und wie Steffen schon geschrieben hat, ist es anscheinend vom Hersteller so montiert.
Ich habe von meinem Händler eine sehr ausführliche Erklärung erhalten.
Zitat:
"Leider treten solche Stellen, bedingt durch die handwerkliche Fertigung in Verbindung mit der bei Fahrrädern vorherrschenden Lackbeschaffenheit und Maßhaltigkeit auf. Aufgrund der hohen Schichtdicke des Lacks kommt es an derartigen Stellen teils zu Bauraumüberschneidungen welche zu Abplatzern des oberen Decklacks führen können. Derartige oder ähnlich Dinge bestehen bereits an einer hohen Quote der Rädern wenn sie von den Herstellern an die Händler geliefert werden.
Da es sich bei der Einbaubreite der Dämpferhardware um eine Übergangspassung handelt, ist ein "Kontakt" zwischen Dämpfermontagehardware und Lack an den Innenseiten unvermeidlich."
Man würde aber meinen, bei der Preisklasse sollte es auch ohne Kratzer gehen.
