Hallo zusammen, ich möchte mal gern von euch wissen, wie eure Erfahrungen mit Haibike sind wenn ihr dort eine Anfrage, oder Mängel am Bike meldet.
Wie lange sind die durchschnittlichen Zeiten bis ihr ein Antwort bekommt.
Ich selbst habe am 20.07.20 ein Defekt gemeldet und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.

Also am Abfang des Jahres dauerte es ca. 2 Tage bis eine Antwort gekommen ist.
Mittlerweile dauert es zwischen 5 und 14 Tage und ist wohl Corona und der großen Nachfrage an Bikes geschuldet.
Wird sich hoffentlich wieder mal bessern 🙂
Danke du lässt mich Hoffen, denn hier in Bochum will und kann anscheinend keiner mein Bike Reparieren, war in zwei Filialen von Meinhövel und keiner kann dass Bike auszulesen um eventuelle den Fehler zu finden.
Naja vielleicht kann ich ja im Winter mein Bike wieder genießen.

Ich kann von ähnlichem berichten, meine Anfrage ist nun seit 3 Wochen hängig. Die bekannten Probleme halt.
Arbeite im Service Management und weiss ein ganz kleines bisschen wie ein Service also auch ein Kundenservice so funktionieren sollte.
So etwas Schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Premium Preise dafür eine Servicequalität die schlechter nicht mehr geht. Da fühle ich mich als Kunde einfach verarscht.

Also ich empfinde es bei den Bike- Preisen die da aufgerufen werden wirklich als Pflicht den Kunden in 1 bis 3 Tagen zu Antworten.
